Billing & Insurance

CPT codes are standardized billing codes for medical procedures. Our RPM and CCM services are billed under approved CMS codes such as 99453, 99457, 99458, 99490, and 99439.
Depending on your care plan and services used, some RPM and CCM services may incur monthly billing. We always provide transparency in cost and billing schedules.
