Celebrating Our Launch and Open House
The July open house marked the launch of our Folsom location and the beginning of our relationship with the community.
It was an opportunity to introduce PrevHealth and the purpose behind our presence here: making primary care more accessible while keeping patients at the center of the experience.

Located on West MacDade Boulevard, PrevHealth Folsom provides primary and preventive care for local residents, with weekday hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
